Our Redeemer Senior
High Youth Group

Our Redeemer Senior High Youth Group will staff the Coca Cola tents at this year’s festival. The group will use the proceeds for their trip to a national youth gathering next year. The group will join an estimated 30,000 other young people from throughout the country to share in Christian fellowship.

Cub Scout Pack #85

The Cub Scouts will assist with the setup and takedown of Festival in the Pines. Also, they are the friendly people that greet and assist you at the Shuttle Buses at the Carson Park baseball stadium. Funds earned will be used to help pack members.

Boy Scout Troop #30

The eleventh point of Scout law: "A scout is clean." That’s one of the reasons why the scouts from Troop #30 have picked up garbage at the Festival in the Pines the last few years. Also,Troop #30 is responsible for our Carson Park vehicle parking and assists with festival site gate security. Proceeds earned from the Scout’s efforts will be used for summer camp, canoe trips and winter camp.

Seymour Lions Club

The Seymour Lions Club will staff the admission gates on Saturday at Festival in the Pines.

The Boys & Girls Club
of the Chippewa Valley

Which has offices at the corner of E. Lake Street and Graham Avenue in Eau Claire, will be staffing the children's games area at the Festival in the Pines. Proceeds from the event will be used to further the mission of the organization.

The Eau Claire Male Chorus

The Eau Claire Male Chorus will be selling Bernatello's Pizza slices near the Mega Pick 'n Save Main Stage and the Eau Claire City/County Tavern League beer garden.

Regis Child Development Center

The group will staff the admission gates on Sunday. Proceeds earned from the event will go to enhancing the quality of care for children and families.

Catholic Junior
League of Eau Claire

They are a group of Catholic women whose purpose is to become aware of the roles of Catholic women in their community by engaging in religious, civic, philanthropic, and social activities. The non-profit, charitable organization promotes friendship, leadership, and spirituality. Money we earn working at Festival in the Pines will help us meet our commitment to provide funds to worthwile agencies within our local community.

The Eau Claire City/County
Tavern League

The league has applied to the City of Eau Claire for beer permits for the Festival in the Pines weekend. The organization will staff the Seagram's Cooler area and use the proceeds from the sales to enhance its "Safe Ride" program and to further educate the public about the dangers of drinking and driving.

"Girls on the Go"

They are a group of girls from several troops in the area who like to travel. They do activities in their own troops and then work together on fundraisers for trips. We've been together since 1999 taking trips to Savanna, Georgia ( the birthplace of Juliette Lowe - founder of Scouts), Chicago, New York City, France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We are currently truing to raise money for a trip to London to visit one of the International Girl Scout Centers.
